Instructions: to cool: remove cover and place neck wrap in freezer for minimum of 3 hours. To warm: Check the power of your microwave before heating. Warm clay inner bag only. Do not put the cover into the microwave. Place in microwave oven for max 1.5 minutes if microwave is less than 750w; for up to 1 minute if microwave is 750w or higher.
